<p>Nos últimos meses, estamos vivendo um período de mudanças. Saímos do nosso apartamento, estamos em outro lugar por enquanto, com muita coisa acontecendo ao mesmo tempo.</p>



<p>No meio dessa transição, cozinhar para a minha família tem sido o que me traz paz e sensação de casa. Entre tantas receitas que eu repito, esse waffle está, sem dúvida, na lista das favoritas.</p>



<p>Apesar de ser clássico de café da manhã, aqui em casa ele aparece muito no lanche da tarde. As crianças gostam de colocar frutas e mel por cima, e a textura é exatamente como promete: crocante por fora, macio por dentro. <p>Sim, por qualquer óleo neutro na mesma quantidade. Mas a manteiga melhora sabor e textura do waffle!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="aioseo-tudo-que-voce-precisa-para-fazer-waffles-caseiros-8">TUDO QUE VOCÊ PRECISA PARA FAZER WAFFLE CASEIRO</h2>



<p>A melhor parte dessa receita? Ela usa ingredientes simples, mas equilibrados para garantir textura perfeita. Aqui está o papel de cada um:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Farinha de trigo:</strong> nós vamos usar farinha comun (sem fermento) para dar estrutura e garantir um waffle estável por dentro, sem ficar pesado.</li>



<li><strong>Fermento:</strong> vai ajudar a dar leveza, expandindo a massa dentro da maquina, deixando o interior macio.</li>



<li><strong>Sal:</strong> realça o sabor e equilibra o doce da receita.</li>



<li><strong>Açúcar:</strong> nós só vamos precisar de um pouco de açúcar (pode ser refinado, mascavo, de coco) para adoçar levemente a massa. Também ajuda na caramelização da superfície. </li>



<li><strong>Leite:</strong> traz umidade e ajuda a criar uma textura macia e uniforme.</li>



<li><strong>Ovos:</strong> dão estrutura, ajudam na leveza e contribuem para o dourado da superfície.</li>



<li><strong>Manteiga Derretida:</strong> fundamental para a crocância externa e para dar aquele sabor amanteigado característico </li>



<li><strong>Baunilha: </strong>é opcional, mas complementa o sabor!</li>

<p>A textura perfeita vem do equilíbrio entre gordura, fermento e tempo de cocção. A manteiga ajuda na crocância externa, enquanto o leite e os ovos garantem maciez interna.</p>



<p>Assar até ficar bem dourado, e não apenas “cozido”, é o que faz toda a diferença.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="aioseo-como-armazenar-e-reaquecer-waffles-caseiros-7">COMO ARMAZENAR E REAQUECER WAFFLE CASEIRO</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Para armazenar:</strong> depois de frios, coloque os waffles em sacos ziploc e mantenha refrigerado por 3-4 dias, ou no freezer por até 2 meses.</li>



<li><strong>Para reaquecer:</strong> para mim, a melhor forma de reaquecer waffles (principalmente quando estão congelados) é colocar direto na torradeira! Isso devolve a crocância como se estivessem recém feitos! Você também pode usar o forno preaquecido.</li>
</ul>
