<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Todo ano eu gosto de preparar pelo menos uma receita de Páscoa que seja fácil, bonita e que renda bastante. Nem sempre temos tempo de fazer ovos de chocolate ou sobremesas muito elaboradas, e é aí que essas cookie bars entram.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Elas são assadas em uma forma grande e depois cortadas em quadrados, o que deixa tudo mais fácil. O centro fica macio, as bordas levemente douradas, e cada pedaço vem carregado com chocolate, o que deixa tudo ainda mais delicioso!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">É aquele tipo de receita simples, mas que todo mundo elogia, perfeita para servir depois do almoço de Páscoa ou até para embalar e presentear. É rápida, não precisa descansar na geladeira, e o melhor: dá para servir morna com uma bola de sorvete em cima!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As cookie bars podem parecer simples, mas o ponto certo faz toda a diferença no resultado final.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O segredo está no tempo de forno. As laterais devem estar douradas, mas o centro ainda precisa parecer levemente úmido ao sair do forno. Isso não significa que está cru, ele termina de firmar enquanto esfria.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Outro ponto importante é não exagerar no tempo de forno. Assar demais deixa a textura seca e dura, e a ideia aqui é justamente manter o interior macio e rico.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Algo que impacta bastante no visual dourado é o tipo de forno. Enquanto fornos elétricos espalham melhor o calor, fornos a gás tendem a ficarem mais quentes na parte de baixo e não douram muito a superfície.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Se seu forno é a gás, tente colocar uma assadeira no andar de baixo, para forçar o calor a subir.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="aioseo-como-armazenar-26">COMO ARMAZENAR</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Depois de completamente frias, as cookie bars podem ser armazenadas em um recipiente bem fechado por até 3 dias em temperatura ambiente.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Se quiser conservar por mais tempo, você pode congelar as barrinhas já cortadas. Basta embalar bem para evitar contato com o ar e manter no freezer por até 2 meses.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para consumir, é só deixar em temperatura ambiente até descongelar. A textura continua macia e muito saborosa.</p>
