<p>A <strong><em>manteiga&nbsp;noisette</em></strong>, ou <em><strong>&#8220;brown butter&#8221;</strong></em>, é um ingrediente simples, mas poderoso, que transforma qualquer receita com seu sabor profundo e aromático. O nome vem do francês e significa <strong>“manteiga de avelã”</strong>, o que não é à toa, já que ao ser aquecida, a manteiga passa por um processo de cozimento onde a água evapora e os sólidos do leite se caramelizam, liberando um aroma incrível de nozes tostadas.</p>
