<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eu amo o halloween e adoro preparar docinhos temáticos todos os anos! Um dos meus cookies favoritos para fazer com confeitos coloridos e olhos de monstro, é esse de chocolate com bis. Ele é muito gostoso e tem um aspecto meio bagunçado como se fosse um monstro mesmo!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Os olhos de glacê eu fiz ano passado, com glacê real colorido e vários sacos de confeitar. Foi uma experiência legal e achei que ficaram lindos em comparação ao que encontramos pra vender aqui no Brasil.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="aioseo-ingredientes-principais-para-seu-cookie-brilhar">PRINCIPAIS INGREDIENTES PARA O COOKIE PERFEITO</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Alguns ingredientes não mudam de uma marca para outra, como é o caso da manteiga, da farinha ou do açúcar. Porém, alguns ingredientes podem marcar a diferença entre um cookie normal e um cookie fenomenal, tais como:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Cacau Black e Cacau em pó 100%</strong>: a escolha de um bom cacau em pó faz toda a diferença, já que é o ingrediente principal que dará o sabor à massa. Importante sempre ser 100% cacau.</li>



<li><strong>Chocolate amargo</strong>: um bom chocolate vai deixar tudo mais gostoso e cremoso! Eu usei um chocolate 60%, para contrastar com o dulçor do bis.</li>



<li><strong>Bis ou Kit Kat</strong>: nessa receita você pode substituir o bis por kit kat se quiser, eu já fi a receita com os dois, e fica maravilhoso com qualquer um! Recomendo o kit kat dark!</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="aioseo-sobre-o-cacau-black">SOBRE O CACAU BLACK</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">O Cacau Black é um tipo de cacau alcalino, com pH de 7.6 &#8211; 8.2 sendo o mais alcalino de toda a linha da Callebaut. Ele também tem um teor de gordura mais baixo que o normal (aprox. 12%), um sabor forte a cacau torrado e com um sabor residual levemente amargo.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Apesar de amar o aspecto visual do cacau black, que deixa as preparações pretas, eu não gosto do sabor dele sozinho. Por isso, sempre que eu quero colorir alguma massa com ele, eu uso entre 20-25% de cacau black e o resto de cacau em pó 100% normal.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="aioseo-como-armazenas-os-cookies">COMO ARMAZENAS OS COOKIES</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Você pode congelar a massa crua e boleada por até 3 meses, ou refrigerar por até 3 dias. Para assar a massa congelada, é só adicionar 1 ou 2 minutos de forno e pronto!&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Depois de assados, você pode também congelar por até 3 meses, e esquentar alguns segundos no microondas ou alguns minutos no forno para servir. Ou você pode guardar em um recipiente fechado, em temperatura ambiente por até 7 dias.</p>

Em um bowl, misturar a manteiga em temperatura ambiente com os açúcares, até obter um creme esbranquiçado. 2. Adicionar o ovo, a gema e misturar vigorosamente, para adicionar um pouco de ar à mistura. Até obter um creme esbranquiçado e aerado. 3. Adicionar os secos, peneirando o cacau para evitar grumos, e misturar até obter uma masa lisa e homogênea. 4. Adicionar o bis picado e o chocolate, misturar. 5. Fazer bolinhas de aprox. 55g e refrigerar por pelo menos 1h, ou até 48h. 6. Passar as bolas de cookie pelo granulado e colocar sobre uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga, deixando pelo menos 8cm de distancia entre cada cookie. 7. Assar a forno pré aquecido a 180ºC por 12-14 minutos. 8.
